Hi! My name is Lizzy. An artist.. well in training. Currently studying Digital Art in hopes to be a web designer. Thats the plan *cross fingers!* Leave some feedback if you like, tell me what you think and what works etc etc. I might randomly post some non art related stuff. Hopefully they'll either be beautiful/inspiring, funny, or... (most likely) Doctor Who related. It might be one of my weaknesses. Along with cheesy things.
** I'll get around eventually to doing custom code for this page but for now I have too much coding and designing homework to do.

For some reason it’s not loading the correct colors of this poster. I’m working on getting it to work but all the font is supposed to be a rich red-black color. Strange. Anyway.

And then I used the same grid as above (by Herbert Bayer) but did my own placement. This one is obviously Hitchhiker’s Guide to the galaxy themed. A fun piece to an amazing book. Thank you Douglas Adams.

This piece uses Herbert Bayer’s grid layout for his Kandinsky piece. Mine is inspired by well… hipsters and the web comic series “Diesel Sweeties” by R. Stevens. Go check Diesel Sweeites out (www.dieselsweeties.com). It is one of my favorite web comics. Anyway, the artwork used in this design is from their website and I thought it would be appropriate for the concept. Enjoy!

More class projects! This time I made an emblem using my first name. I have three others to post. These are all going to have radial symmetry and a slight grid layout. Also, all the colors are inspired by the fall colors. Enjoy!
